A brief summary of the booking conditions are listed below;

Deposits
A  non-refundable deposit of £150 per person will be required to book this chalet (plus childcare deposits if necessary). If booking within 10 weeks of departure the full balance will be due at the time of booking. 

Amendment fees
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can, an amendment fee of £30 per person will be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.

Group discounts
If applicable are always calculated on the initial numbers booked and confirmed. Any additional passengers added at a later date do not qualify for group discount calculations.

Deals or offers
Deals or offers rerlating to ski passes/ski equipment such as '2-for1' must be added at the time of booking.

Ski/board carriage
There is a charge of £74 when ski/board carriage is pre-booked for Gatwick flights and £70 for the Manchester flights.

Tourist Tax
Tourist Tax: is now included in your package holiday price. The tax is to help maintain the resorts, clear snow, clean streets, help pay for displays etc

Cancellation terms
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel all or part of your chosen holiday once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing.Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our offices. Ski Beat reserves the right to utilise unoccupied beds. 

As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your holiday, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding insurance premiums and any amendment/cancellation charges which have already been incurred. Insurance premiums and amendment/ cancellation charges are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling. Period before departure within which written notification of cancellation charge per person cancellation is recieved by us.

Up to 8 weeks prior to departure, any deposit will be forfeited.
Within 8 weeks of departure, the greater of any deposit or 25% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.
Within 6 weeks of departure, the greater of any deposit or 50% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.
Within 4 weeks of departure, the greater of any deposit or 75% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.
Within 2 weeks of departure, the greater of any deposit or 90% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.
Within 1 week of departure, 100% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited.

If the number of persons booked changes the overall holiday price will be recalculated for the new party size and you will be reinvoiced accordingly. If you cancel part of your holiday, for example a flight, childcare or empty beds, cancellation charges will also apply. Please note that depending on the date you cancel the service concerned you may be liable to pay the full cost of that service by way of cancellation charge. Please ask at the time of booking for further details.
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance
company concerned.

If any member(s) of your party is/are prevented from travelling, the person(s) concerned may transfer their place to someone else (introduced by you) providing the following requirements are complied with. Where a transfer can be made all costs and charges incurred by us and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers in connection with making the transfer together with an amendment fee of £30 must be paid before the transfer can be effected. For flight or train inclusive bookings, you must pay the charges levied by the carrier concerned. As most airlines and international train operators do not permit name changes after tickets have been issued for any reason, these charges are likely to be the full cost of the flight or train service.

Your holiday includes (unless otherwise stated): The price of this package skiing holiday includes, Flights from London Gatwick (supplements apply for Manchester departure), transfers to and from resort, catered accommodation comprising of 4 cooked breakfasts and 3 self service breakfasts, afternoon tea and 3 course evening meal with wine for 6 days.

Your holiday does NOT include: Lift passes, ski hire or ski carriage, childcare or ski school, any locally charged activities, or any drinks or food purchased outside your chalet, this includes your meal out on the chalet staff's night off which is Wednesday of each week.

A Carbon Offset charge of £1.50 per flight will be added to your invoice. You may opt out of this by indicating that you do not wish to pay on your booking form.

All prices are based on twin occupancy therefore an under occupancy charge will be made for any rooms which are not filled to this capacity.

The holiday operator holds an Air Travel Operator's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The ATOL number is 3276. In the unlikely event of the operator's insolvency, the CAA and ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid in advance of your holiday.  This operator is also a member of The Association of Independent Tour Operators, AITO, licence number 1111.
