There were more great results for Team GB at the Freestyle Ski and Snowboard World Championships in Sierra Nevada last week.<\/p>\n

James ‘Woodsy’ Woods – on a roll after his medal’s the US and European X Games – and Isabel Atkin both claimed bronze medals in the Ski Slopestyle finals.<\/p>\n

Bronze for Woodsy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Woodsy lay in first place after a superb second run scoring 90.40, but was out-scored by American McRae Williams and Gus Kenworthy who took silver.<\/p>\n

In the women’s Ski Slopestyle, 19 year old Isabel Atkin put down a fantastic third run to climb up the rankings and take bronze behind French skier Tess Ledeux in the gold medal position and Swede Emma Dahlstrom who claimed silver.<\/p>\n

6th for Rowan Cheshire<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Friday evening, Rowan Cheshire showed that she is back to being one of the world\u2019s best female Half Pipe skiers as she finished sixth overall in the World Championships.<\/p>\n

After qualifying for the final, Cheshire showed that she is back at a level where she can challenge again for world-class podiums.<\/p>\n

We spoke to Cheshire at the London Ski Show in October, where she revealed that her favourite ski resort is Whistler Blackcomb<\/a>.<\/p>\n
