  2. The first hotel in Les Arcs opened in 1968 in Arc 1600, with the resort not being completed until 1973<\/li>\n
  3. Arc 1800<\/a> opened in 1974 and Arc 2000 in 1979<\/li>\n
  4. Arc 1950<\/a> was developed by Intrawest<\/a> and opened in 2003\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. There are now over 35000 beds across all the different stations<\/li>\n
  6. Every winter tourists stay 1.8 million bed nights<\/li>\n
  7. French visitors make up 68% of the clientele, with 32% from other countries<\/li>\n
  8. From 30 March to 05 April Les Arcs will be hosting its 3rd<\/sup> annual \u2018Great British Celebration<\/a>\u2019 and \u2018thumbing its nose at Brexit\"\"<\/li>\n

  16. Les Arcs has 142k Facebook fans and 35 followers on Instagram<\/li>\n
  17. There were 2.8 million visits to the Les Arcs website in winter 2017\/18 \u2013 an increase of 17% on the previous year<\/li>\n
  18. The tourism office report that 177 journalists visited the resort last winter and there were over 5000 press mentions of Les Arcs (and we guess this counts as another!)<\/li>\n
  19. There were also 380,000 bed nights during summer 2018 \u2013 representing 17% of the annual resort visitors.<\/li>\n
  20. Summer visitors increased 5.4% compared with 2017<\/li>\n
  21. In summer, 92% of visitors are French and only 8% international<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
