K\u00e4ssbohrer, the German company who make\npiste bashers, have unveiled a new 100% electric machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PistenBully 100e | WORLD INNOVATION | 2019\" width=\"510\" height=\"287\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bfJSCq_eqoE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Testing is currently underway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although currently only a prototype, the company is very positive. It has a battery\nthat will allow it to fully charge in six and a half hours, allowing an average\nusage of 2.5 to 3 hours of emissions free piste preparation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4ssbohrer were ahead of the curve already when they launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pistenbully.com\/aut\/en\/vehicles\/alpine\/600-e.html\">PistenBully 600 E+<\/a> &#8211; a hybrid diesel-electric snow groomer in 2012.
