Ice Diving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tignes is one of the only places in France that you can try such\na magical underwater experience. Enjoy a silent dive in a unique environment created\nby the air bubbles running along the surface of the ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This winter divers can enjoy up to 45 minutes under the water (instead of the usual 20 minutes) with the highest diving school in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European Snow Pride<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking place from 14-21 March 2020, European Snow Pride is\none of the biggest gay ski weeks in the Alps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day you can enjoy on-slope apr\u00e8s ski with DJs,\nsingers, saxophonists, percussionists and performers, a giant pool party, fancy\ndress and the official Pride Party at Tignespace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Snow Pride has become an absolute must for the\nLGBT community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APEX2100 \u2013 A new International Ski Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This November the APEX2100<\/a>\nwill open its doors to the best international hopefuls in Alpine skiing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open to children aged 9 to 18, this new training centre hopes\nto produce a new generation of elite skiers, by offering a unique approach to learning,\ntraining and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rugby World Cup winning coach, Sir Clive Woodward, will act\nas Sports Director at APEX2100:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA team of doctors and highly skilled healthcare professionals will be responsible for sleep, nutrition, recovery and mental status. We have also carefully selected our accommodation managers, whose role it is to take care of both children and teenagers. Students will benefit from top sports facilities and connected watches to monitor their fatigue.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

From the 2020\/2021 season APEX2100 will add a 4-star hotel on the upper floors of their building. The 72 rooms and spa will generate revenue and will contribute to scholarships for sports students unable to afford a year at the Academy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live in Tignes by Francofolies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This live festival from 21-23 April 2020 features three-days\nof concerts on slope and in resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A winter version of the famous \u2018Francofolies de la\nRochelle<\/em>\u2019, this year, \u2018Live in Tignes by Francofolies<\/em>\u2019 means free\nconcerts with key artists, such as Synapson and Charlie Winston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the Soap Box Derby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 5th<\/sup> edition of Tignes\u2019 Soap Box Derby takes\nplace on 02 April 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the ideal opportunity for crazy drivers to take on a\nchallenging course strewn with woops, kickers and banked corners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy a hilarious afternoon full of epic wipe-outs and one eventual winner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
