Courchevel is one of our favourite resorts. Made up of different \u2018stations\u2019 from Le Praz (1300)<\/a>, via Village (1550), Moriond (1650)<\/a> to Courchevel 1850<\/a> and not forgetting La Tania<\/a>, there are so many options for skiers on and off the slopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insta-perfect Views<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This winter, the Nid de la Saulire, joins the Nid de la Loze to give skiers another stunning spot to admire the dramatic scenery of Courchevel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both locations have a small chalet with giant deckchairs to lounge in and soak up the views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access via La Vizelle gondola or Dou des Lanches chairlift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fat Biking at Night<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Why not try something completely different this winter on one of these fat-tyre mountain bikes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head out after the slopes have closed with a local to guide you round the forest trails on a two-hour circuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

World Cup Racing at Night<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This December, Courchevel will host the Women\u2019s Alpine Skiing World Cup<\/a> for a thirteenth time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday 21 December, the best female skiers in the world will race at the Emile-Allais stadium in a night slalom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Try a World Cup Downhill<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Courchevel 1650 ESF is offering skiers a chance to get to grips with new \u2018L\u2019Eclipse\u2019 downhill course on a half-day discovery session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll get to analyse its technical features and key sections first before taking the dizzingly-fast 3200m descent yourself, conditions and level of ability permitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
