Courchevel has become known for its impressive art and this winter will be no exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re going on holiday to Les 3 Vall\u00e9es, then it\u2019s worth seeking out their \u2018open air gallery\u2019, particularly if you have young children into the DC Universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s because this year, one of L\u00e9o Caillard original pieces featured the \u2018dark knight\u2019 himself \u2013 Batman!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caillard artworks are resin sculptures, presented in his \u2018Liquid\u2019 series of objects, in different locations around the resort. They were transferred into position by helicopter this autumn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the official blurb, \u201cThe shapes of the sculptures suggest movement and transformation, creating a visual tension between permanence and change.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We just think they look amazing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Look out for \u2018Batman\u2019 at the top of the Vizelle gondola at 2659m, as well as at the top of the Biollay lift at 2230m. The latter should get your thinking\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
