This winter, Les Arcs will open their new high-speed Plan des Violettes gondola, which will dramatically improving access from Villaroger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u20ac19 million investment features 40 ten-seater cabins. The journey will now take just 6 minutes and 45 seconds, down from the previous journey of 20 minutes on the old Replat and Plan des Violettes chairlifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project has a strong focus on environmental awareness. Over 3,000 trees have been replanted, a wetland area created to enhance biodiversity, and redundant tracks removed to minimize ecological disturbance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villaroger transformed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The gondola forms part of a wider transformation in Villaroger, including a new reception hub housing a ski school, tourist office, ticketing services, and vending areas. The redevelopment also includes an underground car park with 112 spaces, 114 ski lockers, and modern facilities designed for convenience and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The massive 425km Paradiski ski area links Les Arcs, La Plagne<\/a>, and Peisey-Vallandry<\/a> via the Vanoise Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
