At the end of March,\u00a0Courchevel will host the 21st French Snow Grooming Championships.<\/p>\n

\nThree years to master a snow groomer<\/strong><\/p>\n

We reported recently<\/a> on how it takes three years before a snow groomer driver is considered fully proficient.<\/p>\n

The annual\u00a0annual ‘PistenBully Challenge’ will showcase the skills involved in driving these magnificent machines.<\/p>\n

\nCompeting for the pride of their resort<\/strong><\/p>\n

From March 30-31 2016, around one hundred drivers from French and Andorran ski resorts will gather in Courchevel<\/a> – competing for the pride of their own resort.<\/p>\n

Competitors take part in a combination of\u00a0precision events that will test the limits of their driving, technical and mechanical skills. \u00a0It will include Alpine and cross-country skiing challenges.<\/p>\n

Alongside the competition, the ‘PistenBully Village’ will be hosting plenty of fun entertainment based on a snow grooming theme.<\/p>\n
