The Aiguille du Midi is 3842m above sea level and 500 journeys by helicopter were required to deliver all the pieces.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"H\u00e9liportage unique \u00e0 l\u2019aiguille du Midi\" width=\"510\" height=\"287\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dhT3SFo5Qjk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nOngoing revovation of the Aiguille du Midi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Tube\u2019 is a part of a renovation project for the Aiguille du Midi with a budget of \u20ac13m.
