“How do I learn to ski?”
That question is often asked in the UK and it can be hard to know where to start. Skiing (and snowboarding) are great sports that keep you active and in the outdoors, but how do you go about it?
A great place to start is to look at the current GOSKIGOBOARD campaign from Snowsport England, a great idea that we recently blogged about. These lessons take place all over the country and are great value.
Rusty Refresher Lessons
There is a also a nice idea for people who have skied before and want to get their ski legs back at the Hemel Hempstead slope – The Snow Centre.
During the winter season The Snow Centre will offer one hour Rusty Refreshers. Each lesson includes 45 minutes with a qualified ski instructor, followed by 15 minutes of detailed feedback.
Which resort should I pick for a holiday?
