The challenge: to ski in 20 different countries in under 31 days.
That’s what one Scot will attempt to do in March 2014. Travelling only by car and entirely on his own, Jamie Stevenson will attempt to set a new Guinness World Record and raise money for Disability Snowsport UK.
His proposed itinerary will see him cover over 6000 miles, and taking in countries such as Croatia, Hungary and Poland as well as France, Austria and Italy.
This Guinness World Record has not been set before and requires a minimum of 15 different countries to be classed as a new world record.
Departing from Aviemore in Scotland and finishing in Oslo in Norway, it is sure to be an adventure to remember.
The route covers the following countries:
1. Ski Scotland Cairngorms
2. Ski Spain Baqueira Beret
