If skiing and snowboarding wasn’t thrilling enough for you, this should blow your socks off.
The new zip wire that has just opened in Val Thorens is the highest in the world and will take you 1300m in 1 minute 45 seconds. A flight costs €50.
The lift opened on 16 February 2014.
New zip wire in Val Thorens
The zip wire starts from the top of the Bouchet chairlift in the resort of Orelle, travelling over to the Val Thorens crest at 3000m, at the top of the Funitel.
