Details have been released for the 10th edition of the snow-based music festival ‘Rock The Pistes’, featuring ‘The Stranglers’ in 2020.
More than 28000 music fans are expected to visit the French and Swiss resorts of the Portes du Soleil ski area between 15 and 21 March 2020, making it the largest music festival in the region.
‘Rock The Pistes’ includes five live concerts and more than 30 après-ski concerts across different resorts in the ski area. Festival goers can literally ski from one performance to the next.
‘The Stranglers’ to play in Morgins
British rock band ‘The Stranglers’ – best-known for their no.2 chart hit ‘Golden Brown’ – have been confirmed to play the Swiss resort of Morgins on 21 March.
Hip Hop in Avoriaz
French hip-hop band ‘IAM’ will perform the day before (20 March) on the other side of the border in the French resort of Avoriaz 1800.
