November Snow in the Alps

We are loving the photos of snow coming down all around the Alps. Here’s a selection of some of the scenes that are getting us so excited about this winter…

Obergurgl

Obergurgl hosts a World Cup slalom later this month. Yesterday a fresh blanket of snow covering one of our favourite Austrian resorts showed that it’s ready to go.

Saalbach

Also in Austria, the huge ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm has also had a good amount of fresh snow.

Avoriaz

Meanwhile in France, Avoriaz in the huge Portes du Soleil ski area has seen its first snow.

Courchevel

Over in another huge ski area – the massive Les 3 VallĂ©es – the mountains have turned white in Courchevel.

Cervinia

Across the border in Italy, the top of Cervinia looks in good shape for their World Cup downhill races (shared with Zermatt) coming up later this month.
