The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang is a large ski area near to Salzburg and popular for many years with British skiers and snowboarders.
Saalbach and its very close neighbour Hinterglemm, as well as Leogang make up this famous ski region, suitable for all ability levels.
With are 200 kilometres of prepared piste, Saalbach has a mix of slopes most suited for intermediates and beginners, although there are also 15km of black runs. There are 55 lifts in total in the Skicircus.
With a great choice of ski schools available, it’s an excellent location to learn the sport or improve your skills.
Advanced skiers can hire local guides for backcountry adventures, or head to the various fun parks in the three resorts.
The après ski in Saalbach and Hinterglemm is exceptional – as you’d expect in Austria – so if you’re looking to have some fun in the evenings, then this is an excellent choice.
