The Hotel Rila has a prime position in Borovets, right at the foot of the nursery slopes and opposite the chairlift - so you can virtually ski back to the doorstep. That also means it’s centrally-located for all the resort’s restaurants, bars and shops.

Having undergone a major renovation recently, you can enjoy impressive wellness area with four saunas, a steam room, cryo cabin, Turkish bath and relaxation area; as well as a variety of treatments on offer. There’s a new panorama bar with stunning slope views from the outdoor terrace, plus a modern nightclub, a stylish restaurant and relaxed lobby bar. 

The large indoor pool and two hot tubs are free for all customers, or for an extra charge you can treat yourself to the spa, sauna or steam room to really unwind after a day on the piste.

In the evening, enjoy a meal in the buffet-style Seasons restaurant, while looking out on the mountain in the moonlight. The Les Arcs restaurant is open for breakfast and occasionally for dinner, also serving buffet-style meals. For an extra charge, try the à la carte Samokovi.

At lunchtime, you can grab a hot chocolate and a snack from the Champions Lobby bar and, in the evening, stop for after-dinner drinks at the alpine-style Terrace Lounge. Those looking for the livelier après that Borovets is famous for need not venture far – the Rila has its own nightclub, After Eleven.

A popular choice with families, the hotel runs its own nursery, ski kindergarten, so parents can make the most of their holiday knowing their kids are having fun too.
