Chalet Serenia

Serenia is a private chalet for 6 guests in a fantastic location just minutes from the village centre. We’ve been searching for top quality chalets for smaller groups in La Tania for a while now - then a local partner of ours just built a beautiful one!

The three bedrooms are, of course, fully ensuite and the large double height lounge and dining areas have huge South-facing picture windows which look up to the pistes and forest near La Loze. It is going to be extremely popular...

Chalet Serenia has been getting fitted out for the last 12 months and will be completed shortly. We have added a few early-stage photos, and we will get more online as soon as we can. This traditionally styled chalet has been built in a modern and efficient manner and the entire chalet is even heated by an environmentally friendly air source heat pump.

The Alpine styling includes a wood burning stove – so you can either fall asleep in front of it or enjoy complimentary Champagne and canapés! The views from the various balconies around the chalet boast stunning views up and down the valley of Courchevel.

Chalet Serenia is perfect for smaller groups or families keen on enjoying holiday time together and can usually only be booked by one group. The village centre is just 3 minutes' walk away. In good snow conditions, you can ski back to the property on the track that links to the village centre. Serenia is set to become a popular new addition and we are always happy to have brand new chalets in our programme. Chalet Serenia is adjacent to Chalet Rabel.
