These apartments are located in the area of Chamonix Sud which is built around pedestrian promenades and shopping arcades including a supermarket and bakery, bars and restaurants.
The bus terminal for the shuttles to all the Chamonix ski areas is just a couple of minutes' walk away. If you want to explore the après-ski venues in the centre of Chamonix then it is just an easy walk.

Rooms
All apartments have twin or double beds (please specify preference when booking), bath with shower head attachment or shower room, WC, living area, kitchenette equipped with microwave, oven, hot plates, fridge, dining area, dishwasher, kettle, kitchenware, coffee machine, flat screen cable / satellite TV with English speaking channels, bed linen, towels, safe, cleaning kit and a balcony or terrace.
Studio cabin apartment (A4): sleeps 2-4 people (25m²). Living area with double flip down bed and an alcove with bunk beds
Two room apartment (B4): sleeps 2-4 people (34m²). Living area with day bed and pull out bed (suitable for children) and double bedroom
Duplex two room apartment (C5): sleeps 3-5 people (36m²). Living area with day bed with pull out bed (suitable for children), single sofa bed and double bedroom. Most have balcony's.
Three room apartment (D7): sleeps 3-7 people (55m²). Living area with single sofa bed and pull out bed (suitable for children) and single sofa bed, one double bedroom and one bunk room
Beds are made on arrival (except sofa beds) and end of stay cleaning is included (except kitchen).
Local Fees and Taxes
Resort tax €1.50 per person, per day (under 18s free of charge) paid locally
Refundable deposit €200 required on arrival (credit cards accepted)
