In the picturesque village of Arc 2000 sits the Hotel Altitude, a high-quality residence with superb views of Mont Blanc.
Bright spaces, cheerful tones and modern décor make the Hotel Altitude a pleasant place to spend your time off the slopes. As well as the lovely lounge, there’s a spacious bar with an entertainment area (used for evening shows) and even a dancefloor that tends to get busy as the night wears on. If you’re partial to great views, then the hotel’s vast south-facing terrace is the best place to bask in the amazing Alpine landscape.
If you’ve got the little ones in tow, then the onsite kids’ club is the best place for them to channel all their extra energy. All ages from 18 months up to 17 years are catered for, and there’s even a swanky lounge for the teenagers that’s open during the French school holidays.
While they’re preoccupied with games galore, take the time to visit the Ômea Spa. It houses two whirlpools, an indoor pool, a sauna and a steamy hammam. They’re free to use but you have to book a time slot in advance. For an extra charge, you can pick from a selection of Décleor treatments – the perfect way to end a day on the mountain.
When your're ready for a good long sleep, retire to the Altitude’s modern, stylish and functional bedrooms. They’re equipped with everything you need and really make use of the space. And once you’re all tucked in, you won’t stir until your tummy tells you it’s time for breakfast.
