Triple room (ensuite bath, no balcony) Two single beds and ensuite bathroom with no balcony. The third single bed is set within an alcove.  Maximum occupancy: 3 guests and 1 infant

Family room : Family rooms have one entrance and balcony. The king size double bedroom has a shower room while the twin room has 2 single beds and bathroom. Walk through the double bedroom to the twin. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests and 1 infant

Family double room : King size double bed with ensuite bathroom and balcony. These rooms can take two extra child's beds or two cots. Can interconnect with a specific twin room. Maximum occupancy: 3 guests

Family twin room : Family Twin rooms have 2 single beds, are big enough to fit 2 extra beds or 2 cots and have an ensuite bath or shower. Some rooms have a balcony. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

Pair of interconnecting rooms : Two twin or double rooms with an interconnecting door. Each room has an ensuite bathroom. Many rooms have a private balcony. Maximum occupancy:  4 guests

Family Twin Room (ensuite, no balcony) Twin beds with ensuite bathroom. These rooms can take two extra child's beds or two cots. Can interconnect with a specific twin room. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (2 adults 2 children or 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant)

Room amenities include:

Baby cots & Fold beds : Travel cots for infants under 2 years. Extra cot/fold beds for 12 years and under in selected room types. Please note that the extra beds are only suitable for people with a maximum weight of 80kgs.

Beds & linen : Twin beds are pushed together, they can be separated. All beds have synthetic duvets and pillows, double linen for twin beds is available on request. Cot linen is provided.

Door locks : Entrance to guest rooms is accessed using a key.

Balcony : Many guest rooms have a balcony. Some are mountain facing. Balcony door handles turn and lock.

Electricity supply : 2-pin sockets providing 220V.

Hairdryer : A hairdryer is available in all guest rooms, fixed in the bathroom.

Housekeeping : Guest rooms are cleaned daily except chalet staff day off with towels changed mid-week. 

Room allocation : Guest rooms are allocated by the operators Head Office at the time of booking. Rooms cannot be guaranteed but all requests will be accommodated, where possible, supplements or holding fees may apply. 

Safe : In-room safe. Set their own personal code.

Shaving / make up mirror : Yes, fixed in the bathroom.

Boot Room : Locker available for every room.

The French resort tax at Chalet Hotel L’Ecrin is €5.28 per person aged 18+ per night in December 2025 and €5.34 per person per night aged 18+ from 1st January 2026, payable at the end of the holiday in resort. The charges apply to anyone aged 18+.
