There is a great homely feel about the Chalet Marie, comfy sofas, a cosy fireplace, well propertioned rooms and a small sauna to relax those aching muscles. This is a great chalet.
Chalet Marie is a fantastic Savoyard style chalet in the centre of Avoriaz, with its cosy Alpine décor and doorstep skiing it is the perfect choice for a week in the Portes du Soleil Ski Area.
With doorstep skiing, you have quick and easy access to the slopes to enjoy the full Portes du Soleil Ski Area. Strap on your board on or click on your skis just outside and head off to discover the vast number of blue and red runs at high altitude. With 600km of skiing in the whole area, there is no shortage of runs to explore during your holiday.
Chalet Marie is furnished in an inviting Savoyard style, with Alpine antiques and a fireplace in the communal lounge it is a wonderful ski chalet in Avoriaz. Sleeping up to 15 guests, all seven wood panelled bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and benefit from having their own en-suite bathrooms.
Our wonderful chalet team are on hand to make your stay as relaxed as possible, each day they will serve you a cooked breakfast, tasty afternoon tea and a three course meal with an aperitif and unlimited wine - you have the benefit of home cooking without the washing up at the end of your meal.

Children 11 years and under are welcome in the chalet on any date where one group books the entire chalet for their exclusive use. Otherwise, children are allowed on peak dates only. Please see our chalet page for more information. For Winter 2025/26 these dates are:

Chalet Hosts ensure all communal areas are kept clean and tidy throughout your stay, prepare and cook your breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, and are on hand to offer any recommendations or advice on where to ski or what do to around resort.
