Hotel Gran Baita is perfect if you’re after a more luxury hotel. It had a refurbishment just last year and has a modern alpine décor with stylish rooms and public areas. The staff here are great and give a really attentive service so you can just enjoy your holiday with everything taken care of.

It’s just outside of Courmayer about a ten-minute walk from the centre. When it's time to head to the slopes, or to return home after a hard days skiing, take advantage of the free shuttle that runs between 8.30am and 5pm every day. You can also use it to pop into Courmayeur for a spot of shopping. If you do fancy the walk though, it’s a great way to stretch the legs and you’ll get some good views of the surrounding area.

When you get back to the hotel each day, try and make some time for the fantastic wellness area. We loved taking a dip in the heated pool before getting ready for dinner. It opens up to the outside where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while staying warm in the water. The meals here are a real highlight. Breakfast and dinner are included and if you want to try the a la carte brasserie restaurant, you’ll get a 30% discount.

Comfort Twin Rooms sleep two or three people. They have both a bath and shower, mountain views, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, safe, minibar and hairdryer. 

Superior Twin Rooms sleep up to three and are larger than the comfort rooms. 

Executive Rooms sleep up to three and are available on request. They have a fabulous private whirlpool on the balcony with mountain views.
