These outstanding and highly sought-after luxury apartments constructed in traditional wood and stone are located in the heart of the superb car-free resort of Arc 1950, which offers excellent access to the pistes (you can even ski through the middle, weather permitting!) and a good choice of quality restaurants, shops, bars and leisure facilities.
The complex is built in Savoyard style and comprises eight residences all of which are located close to one another. There is a new ‘Cinq Mondes’ spa and wellness area with indoor swimming pool, offering massages and beauty treatments (pay locally for entry), as well as the original heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness room, which are free to use.

Rooms
All apartments have bath with shower head attachment or shower room, fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, dishwasher, WC, towels, bed linen, cable / satellite TV with English speaking channels, telephone, WiFi, cleaning kit, toiletries, hairdryer, bath robes, safe and balcony or terrace.
Two room apartment (A4): sleeps 2-4 people (36m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, separate double/twin bedroom (please specify preference when booking)
Superior two room apartment (B4): sleeps 2-4 people (46m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, separate double/twin bedroom (please specify preference when booking)
Three room apartment (C6): sleeps 4-6 people (51m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom and twin bedroom
Superior three room apartment (D6): sleeps 4-6 people (62m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom and twin bedroom
Four room apartment (E8): sleeps 4-8 people (68m²). Lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms
Superior four room apartment (F8): sleeps 4-8 people (75m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Some apartments are duplex
Superior five room apartment (G0): sleeps 5-10 people (85m²). Large lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom and three twin bedrooms
Beds are made on arrival and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) is included. Mid week cleaning is also available at an additional charge (€13 per week).
DVD players are available on request for an additional charge (€30 per week).
Local Fees and Taxes
Resort tax €3.00 per person, per day (under 18s free of charge) paid locally
Refundable deposit €300 on arrival (credit cards accepted)
