The homely Hotel Splendid is in a great spot for Sauze’s main Clotes chairlift. It’s just a 5-minute walk away or a quick hop on the ski bus, which stops right outside.
And on your way back off the mountain, the hotel’s small patio is a secret sun spot for a Bombardino before you head to the swimming pool for a soak.
Rooms at the Splendid are comfortable and cosy, with an Alpine feel that’s only matched by the hotel’s bar and lounge. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed evening tipple and has a pool table, big TV and kids’ board games to entertain all ages.
