At Chaletline we pride ourselves on our personal service and expert knowledge of resorts and operators all over the world. Over the years we’ve amassed a wealth of experience dealing with clients that come to us with a diverse range of needs, so whatever your budget, size of group or individual travel preferences, we’re here to help. We believe our flexibility and a personal touch are the keys to our success, so why not put us to the test?
Groups Large and Small
When you book with us you not only get the choice of a huge range of catered ski chalets, you also get the in-depth knowledge of our friendly, professional team. No matter what the size of your group, we’ll be able to help your holiday run smoothly. Whether you’re travelling with just a few friends or as many as 100, we can help you find the perfect accommodation. We may be able to organise group discounts in many cases and some people might even go free (dependent on group size and operator). As well as that, we can help with other logistical details, like sorting out ski school lessons and more.
Families
Family ski holidays can be a truly memorable experience but it’s important to get things right so everyone’s happy. Choosing the right accommodation for your family is our speciality and our pleasure. A catered ski chalet allows you to relax and take care of the important things, without having to worry about meals and cleaning, and our expert team will also ensure that you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips including childcare (with in-house nannies and resort crèches), kid’s clubs, ski schools and babysitters on hand. Infants and children under 12 travel at a reduced rate, and mealtimes and food can be flexible to suit.
Independent Travellers
We understand some people like to keep an element of flexibility with their travel so we also offer packages without flights and transfers for anyone who lives outside the UK, has already booked a flight or perhaps wants to make their own travel arrangements. All you need to do is click on ‘Independent Travel’ as an option from the departure airport feature when doing a search for your perfect accommodation. (In some cases you’ll pay a reduced accommodation rate if you choose ‘own transport’.)
As well as the option of booking your own flights, you may want to travel to the resort by train (which some operators do offer in their packages) or opt to self-drive. Just remember that if you are making your own arrangements you’ll need to factor in transfers from the airport or train station to the resort. While we don’t book transfers, we can certainly help with advice and tips. Just get in touch!
