In the afternoon, most Italians trade in their ski gear for a refreshing drink called a spritz. You can join in and relax on a terrace with appetizers and drinks. Things quiet down later in the evening, so it's a good idea to head back to your hotel for a nice dinner.

Pinzolo is just a short gondola ride away from Madonna di Campiglio and has a more laid-back vibe. You can ski on quieter slopes before connecting to the bigger ski area. The last run back to the village is an easy blue slope, but you can stop for a drink at the top of the gondola station before heading back down.
