GREAT VALUE HOTELS AND APARTMENTS LA THUILELa Thuile
WEsaySuper value Italian destination sharing it's ski area with La Rosiere just over the border in France, Quieter slopes and a good lift system.
La Thuile represents an excellent option if you're relatively new to skiing or looking to improve. There are 152km of slopes in the connected ski area, with runs steeper than average more often tha not. Most of the skiing is best suited to intermediates up to expert-level with plenty of pistes.
To reach the slopes in connected La Rosiere is fairly easy nowadays thanks to a new chairlift, (a drag lift is needed back). La Rosiere's runs are perhaps less challenging than La Thuile, although well worth crossing the border into France for.
The former mining village is relatively peaceful and quiet destination but it does have a few good bars including the Kings Pub - A British-bar in the centre of resort and Le Petit Skieur, perfectly located at the bottom of ski run into the village with live music and pub-style food.
La Thuile is surrounded with magical scenery with views to the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, and Mont Blanc peaks.
Childcare clubs for younger children from 6 months to 8 years old are available for many of our featured properties (please check availability with our staff). A great way for young ones to learn to ski or just enjoy games and playtime..
