Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are located just 150 yards from the base of Winter Park Resort. So close you can see when the chairlift opens, these deluxe, fully-equipped condominiums range from Studios up to Three Bedrooms.

Each property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Other amenities include heated underground parking (approx.$16/day in winter season) and on-site storage for your skis.

Please be advised the Zephyr Mountain Lodge & Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe dedicated shuttle service for guests will be discontinued on September 30, 2019.

Guests may continue to enjoy the use of a complimentary shuttle provided by the town of Winter Park– the Winter Park Lift Bus. A Lift Bus stop is located on Winter Park Drive, just outside the Zephyr Lobby.
