These outstanding and highly sought-after luxury apartments constructed in traditional wood and stone are located in the heart of the superb car-free resort of Arc 1950, which offers excellent access to the pistes (you can even ski through the middle, weather permitting!) and a good choice of quality restaurants, shops, bars and leisure facilities.
The complex is built in Savoyard style and comprises eight residences all of which are located close to one another. There is a new ‘Cinq Mondes’ spa and wellness area with indoor swimming pool, offering massages and beauty treatments (pay locally for entry), as well as the original heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness room, which are free to use.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Apartments can be either standard or superior category with the superior apartments being larger and in more convenient locations.
One bedroom apartments sleep 2-4 people and is around 36m² (A1/A4). One twin or double bedroom and a large lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom and WC.
Superior one bedroom apartments sleep 2-4 people and is around 46m² (B4). These are more spacious and include one double/twin bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed and bathroom with separate WC.
Two bedroom apartments sleep 4-6 people and are around 51m² (C6). There's two bedrooms (double and twin), a double sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom, shower room and two WCs.
Superior two bedroom apartments sleep 4-6 people and are around 62m² (D6). Two bedrooms (a double and twin), double sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom, shower room and two WCs. Some apartments can be a duplex.
The following apartments will be allocated in either the Princes des Cimes or Hameau de Glacier buildings, these are connected by an internal walkway and have access to the only indoor pool on the site.
